• Financial statement opinions:
We conduct an audit of the financial statements in order to express an opinion or ruling on the reasonability of the bases on which they are presented.
 
• Financial statement opinions for tax purposes:
We review the tax liabilities incurred by the client and issue a report, which is submitted to the tax authorities in accordance with the guidelines established in the Mexican Federal Tax Code. This report is delivered along with Financial Statement Opinion.
 
• Administrative and operating audit:
We evaluate the degree of efficiency and effectiveness of a company’s administrative and operating processes in order to identify areas of inefficiency and propose controls and evaluate results.
 
• Special audits / Due Diligence:
We review specific items in the financial statements or operations on the client’s request, such as due diligence.

Companies information is processed through our systems, supplying them with useful financial and administrative reports for decision-making. We also calculate tax returns and prepare tax statements on behalf of our clients. We keep our clients fully abreast of all the pertinent information, and maintain constant communication through regular meetings.

Foreign shareholders with a Company established in Mexico City

As established by law, the accounting records will be kept in Spanish and in Mexican pesos, but we can issue the financial statements in English and in dollars or other currency.
We have the accounting records updated and provide monthly financial reports which include:
• Balance Sheet
• Profit and Losses
• Trial Balance
• Accounts breakout.
